ITALIAN FLAVOURS

Had a few Italian bikes in the past Laverda Jota being my favourite even when I was lying under it at a set of lights in London I had filtered up to the lights and as my foot went down I realised the tarmac next to me had been scraped back for repairs as I was always on tiptoe on the tall top heavy beast I just toppled over very uncool. A Guzzi Le Mans made a brief appearance but I couldn't get comfortable on it rode it down to Street in Devon from London

and was in agony the year before I did the same journey on a hardtail chop no problem very odd. A 600 Ducati Pantah was bought ridiculously cheaply from an Aussie who was returning home mainly for my Girlfriend to use she left a few months later after my mate Jerry & I both had a Friday of work and decided Amsterdam was a good destination for a ride she wasn't happy on Sunday night when I got back the Pantah went shortly after at a tidy profit so result. The reason behind these ramblings is I fancied another Italian bike visions of blasting across Romney Marsh on balmy summer nights filled my head till I looked around at prices and realised my head is more full of dreams than my wallet is with money. I console myself with a picture of the magnificent beast of Breganze and a Espresso Doppio.
